94 Points wine spectator Ruby-garnet red in color, the '01 Riserva is a wonderfully harmonious wine. Intense and penetrating on the nose, it shows aromas of fruit and vanilla. Warm and round in the mouth, this wine has excellent structure. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel; malolactic fermentation takes place in wood. Before bottling the wine is aged 48 months in oak casks.
